Provenance: Newport Estate, Rhode Island
1893-S Morgan Silver Dollar
Among the great rarities of the Morgan dollar series, the 1893-S has long stood as the key date in any serious collection. The present example, consigned from a Newport estate that has held it since the early 1960s, retains original mint frost across the obverse and a clean, problem-free cheek. CAC approval confirms the conservative grading. The coin will be offered at our Autumn Signature Auction in October.
